Our this BESS(battery energy storage system) can be On-Grid or Off-Grid or swift between On-Grid and Off-Grid. On-Grid BESS Functions: 1.Peak shaving and valley filling: Helps enterprises/factories save electricity costs, even help EV charging stations to generate profits through the price difference between the peak of electricity using and the valley of the electricity using. 2.Increase the capacity,then it can support more machine equipment in the factory. 3.Anti-current backflow,the anti-current backflow meter is installed.It can protect the safety of the related staffs dramatically. 4.Grid-connected operation: Realizes synergy with the grid,so when the Grid is power off,the BESS is also power off. 5.Support solar PV(MPPT) and wind power 6.Balances electricity load Off-Grid BESS Functions:
1.When the Grid is power off,the BESS can still support the electricity for the machine equipment in the factory; 2.Support solar PV(MPPT) and wind power. Our BESS can be designed On-Grid,Off-Grid or swift between On-Grid and Off-Grid. We just install the STS+switch to achieve the swift between On-Grid and Off-Grid of BESS. If so,a little extra money should be added.If the STS is 100KW,the money would be 2800USD,the Peak shaving and valley filling function can make this amount of money within 2 months.
The BESS with the same capacity even can be paralleled to increase the capacity to support the electricity for the machine equipment in the factory.
Working Efficiency
When the BESS is with large burden,the working efficiency is about 85%, When the electricity using percentage is about 80%,at this time the working efficiency can be the best.It can reach 93%.
Safety Protection Functions:
1.Over-voltage protection 2.Anti-thunder device,there are two ground wires,one wire connect to the electric bureau,the other wire is buried underground.Double safety protection. 3.It is equipped with smoke sensor and Fire Alarm Control Panel to avoid fire and the emission of toxic gas and at the same time,the BMS and the power distribution system will also be emergency shutdown to cut off the energy supply. 4.It is equipped with water sensor to avoid the risk of short-circuit, and it also protect related parts from decay and damage. monitor the environment in the cabinet to avoid uncertain risk. It is integrated with the SCADA and BMS which can also trigger the alarm and the electricity of the area which is impacted will be cut off itself. 5.It is equipped with temperature sensor.
